I discovered that this place offers convenient access to Pawnee Prairie Park, perfect for walking and enjoying nature, and the Cotillion Ballroom, where I could catch some great live shows right nearby during my stay this fall.

Had a great time with friends at this motel! We visited a nearby park for some hiking and hit up a cool diner in town. Our room was spacious, and it was surprisingly quiet for the location. Make sure to bring your own coffee pot, though, as there isn’t one provided.

The only downside was that the bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. The door was really grimy and the floor corners needed some attention.

The king room was spacious and quiet, perfect for resting. It had a private bathroom and a microwave. No coffee pot though, so bring your own. The bathroom could use a better clean, especially the door and floor corners. Great if you're just here for a night or two. Nice for a quick getaway.

everything reeked of smoke and cleanliness was nonexistent. The bed was mildewed, and the box springs were shockingly dirty. While the owner was friendly and did refund part of my payment, the overall atmosphere was incredibly uninviting, with operations like a car wash right outside the room. I couldn't leave fast enough, as I even had to dry clean my clothes afterward due to the overwhelming smoke smell.
